Ordered a cheese and tomato classic with extra cheese and tomato...... might as well been eating the box !!! So dry if they had put extra toppings on dread to think what a normal one would be like! Rang to complain and was assured extra toppings had been put on?? Wont bother again awful !

Received cold pizza. The dough was very tough and I received my pizza after 1 hour and 15 minutes. I wouldn’t be complaining if the pizza was warm and it took and 1 hour and 15 minutes but it was very hard and half of the family didn’t eat it as they didn’t enjoy it. Very disappointed, I will be sticking to dominoes.

It's a RIP OFF ! I paid £26 for a normal size pizza. Nothing great about the pizza, you can get a bigger pizza for half the price elsewhere. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEW BEFORE BUYING FROM PAPA JOHN'S.

Pizza stated arrived (had not arrived) when I called the man proceeded to tell me it is on it’s way and hung up the phone. I phoned back immediately, whilst in the phone our pizzas arrived, pizza box seals broken and pizza barely warm! The man then stated that I asked for the pizza to arrive at 18:51 this was not true (my order confirmation says nothing of the sort) and even if it was it stated that the pizza was ready at 18:31 meaning it was sat there for at least 15 minutes getting cold! We live 3 minutes drive from papa john’s potters bar it certainly does not take this long to get to us. The man then continued to tell me ‘don’t worry about it’. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Could I call back to express my concern again? To be hung up on again? I don’t think so! Up until this moment Papa john’s has been our go to, from this point on we will not return and I urge others to avoid. The man answering the phones on 05/02/21 at 18:30-19:00 needs a stern talking to and should be placed on a customer service course immediately.

I bought the pizza at 8:40 and it arrived at 8:50!!! Super speedy! Pizza amava in. I ordered from the shop 257-259 East India Dock Road, Docklands, E14 0EG.Driver vary kind

Worst customer service. the guy named asim threatened us when we called to get his name to complaint to manager. he was very abusive and calling bad words.

Really awful food, pizza and sides Inc cauliflour wings, chicken wings, bee sting bites, all luke warm on collection, pizza nothing special, wings a weird texture, very cheap nasty chicken, ended up in bin, other sides edible, just, was supposed to be a new year eve treat to save cooking, cost a fortune and ended up making myself toast! First and most certainly last time trying this place.

Spot on.Leicester Uppingham Road.Lovely quality dough always well cooked.Lots of toppings on the ALL MEAT I had last night and plenty of cheese. The Sting (or similar) had jackfruit pepperoni which was great too. Two large pizzas sides and drink for £22 cant be beaten - the Pizza I had from Dominoes last time cost that aloneWe had it all delivered at about 21:45 - and it took 40 mins from order to the door.Very very happy.

Terrible experience with Grays Branch. Waiting for my order almost 1h30min. And after I made 2 calls finally Pica's and side meal's arive cold!Newer again!

My family and I bought pizzas which both had hair in. I contacted the customer service and all they said was use a 50 percent code to order next time. Rather shocked that they did not say they will be reviewing their hygiene practices. Will not be eating papa johns again. My son is put off for life and it was his favourite pizza place

The good thing was that it arrived quick.However the re was no Bbq dip as requested and also I asked for extra cheese on the Pizza and there was none , if anything some pieces had none on them.Sorry guys but considering PJ's is extra cost compared to other places I'd say this is not really acceptable.
